the room was always kept clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping services. the location of the hotel was convenient for my business trip, as it was situated in a quiet and lively residential area. I also appreciated the fact that it was close to the airport, making my travel to and from the hotel easy.
One downside of the hotel was the poor sound insulation in the rooms. I could often hear noise from the neighboring rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a nice residential neighborhood was perfect for us as it provided a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk from Pinar de Chamartin metro station, making it easy to access the touristy areas of the city. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and pointing out good places to visit. The room was spacious and beautifully cleaned every day, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities such as a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the garden furniture.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
